Rogerio Martins is a Brazilian fashion designer and a mixed-media artist known for his unique wearable art and fashion creations. Hi designs are inspired by the feminine mystique and the culture of his native Brazil. Martins creations are noted for the use of unusual fabrics and materials.
Martins has degrees from The University of Sao Paulo,Brazil, and a bachelor of fine arts from International Academy of Design and Technology, USA.
His creation have been showcased in museums and venues such as Dunedin Fine Arts Museum, Tampa Fine Arts Museum, Saks Fifth Ave, Bay Magazine, WOW - World of Wearable Art in New Zealand,and on the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival.
Martins has recently been chosen Outstanding Emerging Designer of the year finalist at the Miami Beach International
Fashion Week.
Rogerio Martins has been selling in boutiques in Brazil
and now introduces his new line,SayZar, produced and sold in the US, while still inspired by the soul of Brazil.
